EU Tech Chamber (EUTECH) – SIERA AI / Share Suite Division The EU Tech Chamber (EUTECH) is expanding its digital ecosystem with SIERA AI, our next-generation intelligent workspace designed to transform how teams collaborate, automate, and work with knowledge.

We’re looking for a talented AI Platform Engineer to help build the core intelligence behind SIERA AI — combining RAG pipelines, Large Language Models, Spring Boot microservices, and data extraction pipelines into a seamless enterprise AI platform.

What You'll Work On Build and scale RAG systems (chunking, embeddings, vector search) Integrate multiple LLM models (OpenAI, Gemini, Groq, local LLMs) Develop backend features using Spring Boot 3.x Build ingestion pipelines for PDF/DOCX/XLSX/OCR files Implement structured prompting, tool calling & automation flows Work closely with ShareSuite modules (Projects, Files, Teams) Optimize performance, caching, and AI orchestration

What We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills Strong experience with Java Spring Boot (3.x) Hands-on with RAG architectures Experience with vector databases: pgvector, Qdrant, Pinecone LLM integration experience (OpenAI/Gemini/Groq) Strong document parsing skills (PDFBox, Apache POI, OCR) Solid understanding of REST APIs, async flows, JWT, microservices Nice to Have LangChain / LangGraph Python for AI pipelines LoRA or SFT fine-tuning workflows Docker, Redis
