ML Engineer

Machine Learning Engineer with 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying data science and AI/ML solutions within AWS GovCloud environments, supporting public sector missions.
Proven ability to build scalable, secure, and compliant models and data pipelines, with strong expertise in AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, S3, Lambda).
Proven ability to take models from “cool prototype” to reliable, scalable, and secure production systems.
Adept at translating complex business and regulatory requirements into production-ready ML solutions that drive insights, automation, and mission impact.
Thrives in fast-paced environments, delivering high-quality solutions with speed, rigor, and operational excellence.
Experience working with regulated data in agencies such as the FDA & HHS is a plus.
