Role Overview:
As an AI Developer/Consultant, you will be responsible for developing intelligent algorithms, creating AI models, and providing strategic guidance on AI adoption. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Analyze large datasets to extract insights and identify opportunities for AI implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products, services, and business processes.
Provide strategic consulting on AI adoption, best practices, and risk mitigation.
Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends, frameworks, and technologies, and recommend improvements.
Evaluate AI models for accuracy, scalability, and performance, making iterative improvements.
Prepare technical documentation and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in AI development, machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or similar languages.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
Strong communication skills and experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI services.
Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy, and compliance considerations.
Familiarity with deploying AI solutions in production environments.
