About
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a high-performing software development team building and evolving a commercial SaaS platform.

This is not a ticket-taker role. You will operate as a key contributor in an Agile environment, working across the full stack and helping shape architecture, quality standards, and technical direction.

What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience building and maintaining commercial SaaS applications
Strong experience with object-oriented programming and core computer science fundamentals
Deep understanding of data structures
Solid knowledge of modern software design patterns
Strong grasp of SOLID principles
Experience working within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities
Experience collaborating with UX designers in a user-centric development process
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work from functional and technical specifications
Advanced SQL expertise, including:

Complex query writing
Schema design and architecture
Query optimisation
Performance tuning
Strong quality mindset, with hands-on experience writing:

Unit tests
Integration tests
End-to-end tests
What You'll Be Doing
Contribute across the full lifecycle of a complex web application
Develop across the full stack: front end, back end, and database
Collaborate closely with Product to refine features, estimate effort, and shape the roadmap
Partner with DevOps on infrastructure planning and deployment strategies
Propose creative, scalable solutions to complex technical challenges
Take ownership of issue identification, root cause analysis, and resolution
Monitor system health and performance
Build scalable, high-quality, maintainable software
Work within a highly efficient, globally distributed team
