We’re looking for a Product Builder — someone who thinks in outcomes, not tickets. Someone who can take a fuzzy problem, shape it into a compelling product experience, and ship it end-to-end with minimal hand-holding.The software engineering landscape is changing fast. The era of narrowly specialized coding roles is giving way to something better: product-minded builders who use AI as a force multiplier to move at extraordinary speed. You don’t need permission to prototype. You don’t wait for a spec to be perfect. You identify what needs to exist, figure out the fastest path to a working version, and iterate from there.You’ll report to VP of Engineering and work closely with product, engineering, clients, and sales teams to shape what Sifted builds next. You’ll have real influence over architecture, product direction, and the tools and processes the team uses.
        Requirements
        Own features from idea to production — scoping, building, deploying, and measuring impact*Use AI tools aggressively to accelerate every phase of your work: ideation, prototyping, coding, testing, and documentation*Build and continuously improve full-stack software across our platform (front-end, back-end, infrastructure)*Turn ambiguous business problems into clean, scalable technical solutions without waiting for detailed specs*Drive product quality by championing fast feedback loops, test automation, and lightweight processes that actually work*Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, fellow builders, and clients to decide what to build and why*Identify and eliminate bottlenecks — whether they’re in code, process, or how the team works together*Bring a strong opinion on what a great product looks like, and advocate for the userWho You Are2+ years of experience building and shipping software products (full-stack preferred)You think like a product owner, not just an engineer — you care about the why as much as the howYou’re AI-native: you already use LLMs and AI-powered tools daily, and you’re always   experimenting with new onesComfortable with multiple languages and frameworks such as C#, Python, Node.js, React, SQL, and working with data at scaleFamiliarity with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) or similar cloud platformsExperience with modern DevOps and CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines, AWS CodePipelines, AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK, GitHub Actions, or similar)Strong communicator who can articulate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholdersSelf-directed and thrives with autonomy — you don’t need a detailed roadmap to be productiveBonus: experience with security best practices, observability, or working in logistics/supply chainWhy SiftedBacked by well-capitalized PE investors focused on growth — we’re building for the long haulBest-in-class compensation and comprehensive benefitsA deeply collaborative, ego-free culture where your ideas shape the productA team that believes technology should improve people’s lives — starting with our customersWe don’t care about your degree, your title history, or how many years you’ve spent in a specific language.
