Come join a mission that can save the world!  About the Role: As a Staff Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design and delivery of complex, high-impact projects that shape the technical direction of our platform. This role demands deep technical expertise and excellent communication skills. You will partner with engineers of all levels and champion modern development practices, including AI-assisted development.  Responsibilities:  Author and review design documents, ensuring alignment with architectural and business strategy Contribute to and help drive organizational-level initiatives that have impact across all our product teams Champion rigorous quality standards, ensuring product stability and reliability Guide and mentor engineers on best practices, design patterns, and problem-solving.
