Our Solution Architects are comfortable with change and live on the cutting edge of technology.AS A SNOWFLAKE SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT YOU WILL:Directly engage with customers individually or as part of a technical delivery teamOversee and advise on the implementation of the customers Snowflake platformDemonstrate technical leadership through personally developed code, solution architectures and implementation recommendationsProvide customers with standard practices and advise as it relates to AI/ML workloads in SnowflakeAct as a trusted advisor to customer executive leadership for thought leadership and solution approachesExtract business requirements from customers and translate them into a well-architected recommendationDevelop and provide forward looking guidance and future state roadmapsLeverage known best practices and solutions to reduce risk to customer implementationsDecompose future state goals into actionable execution plansCollaborate with Snowflake GTM and product teams to ensure customer alignment to Snowflake goalsCoach and guide customers on how to best use Snowflake’s suite of AI ToolsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR A SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT WILL HAVE :BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent practical experienceMinimum 5 years of experience as a solutions architect, data architect, database administrator, or data engineer3 years of technical consulting experienceExperience in a lead role for  analytics projects for large enterprisesExperience implementing and operating Snowflake centric solutionsUnderstanding of complete data analytics stack and workflow, from ETL to data platform design to BI and analytics toolsFamiliarity with AI/ML and Transformation technologiesFamiliarity with ML Ops standard practicesFamiliarity with industry common BI and ETL solutionsHands-on experience in a technical role leveraging SQL and Python (optionally Java or Spark) to build, operate and maintain data analytics solutionsExtensive knowledge of and experience with large-scale database technology (e.g. Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum, etc.)Proficiency in implementing data security measures, access controls, and design specifically within the Snowflake platformFamiliarity with prompt engineering techniques.AS A BONUS, A STRONG CANDIDATE WILL ADDITIONALLY HAVE :Hands-on experience or significant familiarity with building and managing AI/ML workloads.Experience in the services organization of a product companyExperience in a leadership position executing technical projectsIndustry vertical expertise (Media, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc)Application Development experienceAWS, Google or Microsoft Cloud certification(s)Snowflake Snowpro Advanced Certification(s)Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
