The role covers all customer-facing, partner-facing, and internal processes within Professional Services and is the most senior technical resource within Professional Services. What you would be doing:Overall project oversight over technical and architectural Reltio MDM solution designs including management and responsibility of Reltio deliverablesSupport customers and partners with functional requirements and translation of such requirements into technical designs within Reltio’s capabilities while adhering to best practicesLead project teams (Customer, Partner, and Reltio) through the process of decision making and design considerationsProactively manage the Customer and Partner in their design of Reltio solutions to minimize extensions to the platform and with emphasizes on time to value for our customersProactively manage Customer expectations of the Reltio platform and its capabilitiesLead teams of architects, consultants, and developers, onshore and offshore remote and on-site, through the successful design, configuration and testing of Reltio solutionsSupport several engagements concurrentlyInfrastructure and platform oversight including escalation of product issuesCoordination with Product Management, Customer Success, Dev Ops, and Engineering if neededDevelop meaningful trusted relationships with Customer and Partner resourcesBe the face of Reltio to each Customer on a day to day basisDevelop repeatable assets such as methodologies, tools, templates, guidelines for the betterment of the Professional Services practice.Expertise you must have:Master Data Management (MDM) principles, business use cases, capabilities delivered, value created, and opportunities uncoveredDeep technical knowledge of architectural designs including integration approachesAbility to support multiple customer projects simultaneously with onshore/offshore teamsExcellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and development skillsAdvanced analytics business use cases, capabilities delivered, value created and opportunities uncoveredSoftware as a Service / Cloud deliveryTime management skills and mentoring of Customer, Partner, and Reltio resources.Experience you must have:At least 10 years enterprise level experience, within a professional services organization, leading and delivering moderate to complex solutionsOwnership of at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Enterprise MDM software applications such as Informatica, SAP, Oracle or equivalentTechnology experience or awareness in the following:MDM solutionsNoSQL, Graph databases, JSONWeb Services, XML, SOAP, RESTCloud integration tools including SnapLogic, Mulesoft, or InformaticaObject Oriented software application design and development – JavaBachelor of Science degree in Technology, Engineering or equivalentExperience nice to have:Reltio MDM knowledge / experienceCRM systems (SFDC, Veeva), ERP, accounting systems, provisioning systemsFinancial Force PSA knowledge a plusAgile Scrum certificationCloud certifications with AWS, GCP and Azure are highly desirableMaster’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering) a plAt Reltio, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your personal top of market.
