Responsibilities

Maintain project schedules, budgets, delivery plans, and risk registers
Manage scope, change requests, and customer expectations
Coordinate work across software developers, system engineers, and technical leads
Identify risks and blockers early and drive mitigation strategies
Support technical decision-making by clarifying trade-offs and constraints
Lead team routines and promote effective, collaborative ways of working
Communicate project status, risks, and delivery updates to stakeholders
Oversee documentation, milestone tracking, reporting, and project close-outQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in software development environments
2–3+ years leading software delivery as a Project Manager, Technical Lead, or similar role
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and customer expectations
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Additional Requirements
