Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer IV to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in React, .NET, and AWS, along with a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance applications. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

 

Responsibilities


	Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using React and .NET frameworks.
	Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
	Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.
	Drive best practices in coding standards, architecture, and software development processes.
	Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
	Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
	Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions.
	Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.


 

Qualifications


	7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
	Strong proficiency in React for building modern, responsive web applications.
	Advanced expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) for backend development.
	Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application design.
	Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
	Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices is a plus.
	Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
	Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
