Job Description: Position SummaryJoin our innovative team as a  Software Engineer III, where you'll be at the forefront of developing and maintaining our cutting-edge software products. In this pivotal role, you'll design, develop, document, test, deploy, monitor, and debug both new and existing software systems and applications. The role will participate in the full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.Responsibilities· The Software Engineer III will perform overall structure design and development of software systems and applications to address business needs (cloud and/or in-house)· Expected to mentor lower-level peers and is seen as an informal lead· The role will create and execute processes and procedures for the technical quality of products·Software Engineer III will create "big picture" architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide the development team· Responsible for ensuring security, performance, manageability, quality, and consistency of the software architecture across the system and providing technical guidance to development teams· Expected to conduct research, gather information, interpret data, identify requirements, and create a solutionQualifications, Skills & AbilitiesBachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent work experienceAbility to assess unusual circumstances and uses sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify the causeAbility to resolve and assess a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggest variations in approachAbility to devise solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issuesAbility to enhance relationships and networks with senior internal/external partners who are not familiar with the subject matter often requires persuasion4+ Years experience working with distributed web applications4+ years of modern front end framework experience, React preferred4+ years of experience creating web applications using .net framework, nodeJS, or comparable4+ years of experience working with C# and Vb.net Ability to solve problems, and to understand and learn new programming languages and technologiesTest Driven DevelopmentContinuous Dev and Continuous DeploymentDatabase design and tuningCloud and Azure developmentPerformance and security practicesAutomated testing methodologiesFinance background preferred Software design patterns is a mustAgile/scrum development is a mustExperience with IAC (Infrastructure As Code) using Terraform, Terragrunt is a must.Knowledge on developing software using AI/CoPilot is highly preferred
