This role will work across backend and frontend systems, contributing to a modern, scalable platform built primarily with Golang and TypeScript.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain software applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performanceCollaborate with internal teams to gather and analyse system requirements and translate them into technical specificationsDesign, build, and maintain clean, efficient, reusable, and reliable code using industry best practicesContinuously identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance functionality, usability, and performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage software releasesDebug and resolve application issues and deliver timely fixesParticipate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standardsStay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trendsPartner closely with a global team across the US, Australia, and the Philippines, with flexibility to work occasional evening hours to support cross-time-zone collaborationRequired Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a software developer, preferably in a SaaS environmentStrong experience with Golang and TypeScriptExperience building APIs, services, and web applicationsHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and MakeExperience working with Git and Bitbucket in DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines and frequent release cyclesExperience with microservices architectures (Kubernetes highly desirable)Experience with Angular (preferred) or ReactFamiliarity with cloud platforms and experience deploying applications in a cloud environmentStrong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practicesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesExcellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, team-oriented environmentBonus Points:Experience with additional languages such as JavaScript, Bash, C, Ruby, or C++Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind (preferred) or BootstrapExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or AzureExperience working in cybersecurity or security-focused environments What We Offer: We don’t think money is everything, but we know it is an important part of your decision to apply for a role.
