Job Description: Summary of the role:
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Frame Set, you'll build and maintain features across a product used by over 200,000 filmmakers each month. Each engineer’s work has real impact on our users, delivering features from ideation to deployment and beyond.
With a large and stable paying customer base, you're building on a solid foundation rather than chasing product-market fit. The tools you build will be used by directors and production teams working on the next great music videos, commercials, and films.
What you’ll be doing:
Architect, build and maintain features across the stack: frontend, backend, and infrastructure
Collaborate with design and product to build better experiences and outcomes for customers
Identify and execute on new opportunities to improve both engineering practices and our product
Establish ownership of components, features, or systems with expert end-to-end understanding
Resolve and address performance and scalability issues, and drive efforts to reduce tech debt

You should have:
Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience
Bachelors degree in software or computer science
Live in EST/CST time zone
