You’ll work across the stack—from crafting backend services in Ruby on Rails to building intuitive, performant interfaces with React.In particular, this role will take ownership of a key initiative to expand and improve our integrations framework—making it easier for users to connect to the tools they already use and enabling new, powerful workflows. You’ll work closely with Product and CX to understand needs, prioritize capabilities, and deliver seamless, reliable integrations.We’re looking for engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments, take pride in building high-quality products, and are motivated by the opportunity to make meaningful contributions in a collaborative and dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain full stack features across the AirOps platformCollaborate cross-functionally to define technical solutions that meet user and business needsWrite clean, scalable, and well-tested code in both frontend and backend systemsReview code, mentor teammates, and help uphold engineering best practicesOwn and improve key parts of the application—from performance to architectureStay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, data, and web technologiesContribute to a strong culture of experimentation, iteration, and shipping fastQualifications:5+ years of experience building production-ready software across the stackProficiency in Ruby on RailsSolid experience working with ReactExperience with modern web development tools (e.g., TypeScript, Tailwind, Webpack, PostgreSQL, Redis)Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system design principlesExperience building or maintaining third-party integrations is a plusProduct-minded: able to balance engineering quality with pragmatic trade-offs to move fastInterest in or experience with Generative AI and related technologiesDemonstrated initiative and aptitude to make independent decisions and resolve complex challenges in a remote environmentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceNice to Have:Experience working on AI/ML or LLM-based productsFamiliarity with CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, Vercel, ECS)Experience with observability tools like Datadog or SentryOur Guiding PrinciplesExtreme OwnershipQualityCuriosity and PlayMake Our Customers HeroesRespectful CandorBenefitsEquity in a fast-growing startupCompetitive benefits package tailored to your locationFlexible time off policyParental Leave A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast!
