As a Senior QA Engineer at Scandium, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our platform and that of our partners. You'll leverage your extensive experience to design, execute, and automate comprehensive testing strategies across various products and functionalities. You will also play an active role in providing QA-related support to our partners and enterprise users. Responsibilities: Test Strategy & Execution:  Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for new features, bug fixes, and regressions across different products. Design and execute various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and penetration testing. Utilize Scandium's no-code platform to automate test cases efficiently. Identify and report software defects with clear steps to reproduce. Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and ensure timely fixes. Quality Assurance Leadership: Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Plan, organize, and lead execution and reporting across new and existing QA projects. Proactively identify areas for improvement within the QA process and propose innovative solutions. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing. Communication & Collaboration Represent the company on QA related engagements. Effectively communicate test results and findings to developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle. Requirements The Ideal Candidate should have: Broad Testing Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience executing functional, regression, performance, and penetration testing at scale.Automation Adept: Extensive experience with both script-based (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.) and script-less automation tools (Scandium exp. is a plus).Performance & Security Focus: Hands-on experience with Load/Performance Testing Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) projects.Test Scripting Mastery: Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable automated test scripts for various functionalities.CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments (a plus). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven track record of successfully leading QA projects and teams.
