Senior Mechanical EstimatorGo Fix Mechanical & Drainage Services is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator to join our growing team. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can accurately estimate project costs and contribute to the successful bidding and planning of mechanical projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed and accurate mechanical estimates for projects.Conduct cost analysis and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure estimates are comprehensive.Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.Identify potential risks and provide value engineering solutions.Maintain current knowledge of industry standards, pricing trends, and market conditions.RequirementsProven experience as a Senior Mechanical Estimator within the construction or mechanical services industry.Strong knowledge of mechanical packages including HVAC systems and plant rooms.
