You build tools that feel elegant, fast, and obvious to usersExperience working in cross-functional environments with designers, backend engineers, and AI researchersComfortable moving between prototype and production. You can experiment quickly but know how to ship reliable, maintainable codeExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Pay scale is flexible depending on experience. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, relevant education and training.
