In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining frontend systems for our web and internal applications, ensuring exceptional user experiences and robust, scalable code.What you'll doDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality frontend systems for web and internal applicationsTranslate design mockups from Figma into pixel-perfect, responsive frontend codeBuild reusable components and frontend libraries using modern frameworks and best practicesCollaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiencesOptimize applications for maximum performance and scalabilityParticipate in code reviews and mentor junior engineersStay current with emerging frontend technologies and industry trendsQualificationsStrong proficiency with Next.js and modern React patternsExpert knowledge of Tailwind CSS and utility-first CSS frameworksExperience with shadcn/ui or similar component librariesProven ability to translate Figma designs into production-ready frontend code5+ years of professional frontend development experienceStrong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standardsExperience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)Proficiency with version control systems (Git)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience in the financial services or fintech industryFamiliarity with state management libraries (Zustand, Redux, etc.)Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)Experience with design systems and component documentation (Storybook)Understanding of web performance optimization techniquesExperience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
