What do we do
Tashi is on an ongoing quest to demonstrate the real-world value of Web3 technology to the Web2 world via our performance, cost and security advantages. Tashi has built the fastest consensus algorithm available currently (1 Mn+ TPS and latency below 100 ms) and is building a suite of products to enable its clients and others in the web3 ecosystem to benefit from it.
What we are looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Developer Advocate
Software engineering background required
Understanding of Rust, AWS and Azure is required
Strong presence in technical communities spanning GitHub, Medium, Stack Overflow, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, etc
Comfortable with presenting technical specs to a technical audience
Self-directed and able to quickly and efficiently switch focus among multiple tasks
Strong working understanding of real-time data streaming

What you will do 

Content Creation  To educate your target audience, impart your knowledge, and engage with end users, you will be required to provide content in the form of Articles, vlogs, blogs, presentations, podcasts and more. Additionally, you will be building content on procedures, best practices, and so forth.
Our go-to guy to Interact with the developer community to answer questions and collect feedback,
Develop use cases and demos that showcase the Tashi platform.
Represent the developers interests internally when participating in roadmap planning.
Build an active community of developers, engaged in adoption, validation, and providing feedback.
