You will lead engineering teams, drive architecture decisions, and deliver modern data solutions using Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and leading cloud technologies.You will:Design and implement scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Databricks and cloud platformsLead architecture decisions for modern data platforms, including Medallion Architecture and Lakehouse patternsBuild and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL, following engineering best practicesLead and mentor engineering teams, coordinating deliveries and driving technical standardsEstablish and evolve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for data platformsPartner with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutionsChampion data governance, quality, and security using tools such as Unity CatalogContribute to platform modernization initiatives, including Data Warehouse to Lakehouse migrationsApply Agile methodologies to plan, iterate, and deliver data engineering projects effectivelyWho You AreYou are an experienced data engineering leader who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to lead teams, influence strategy, and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
