What You’ll DoAs a Principal Software Engineer at Evolve Security, you’ll take full ownership of building, shaping, and supporting the software that powers our cybersecurity solutions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will: Design, code, and debug production-ready software  Improve the performance and reliability of existing systems  Mentor and train other engineers to help them grow  Maintain, enhance, and modernize our software stack  Research and recommend new technologies to boost team productivity  Lead the technical direction and execution of projects  Investigate and resolve software issues to ensure top-notch performance  Collaborate regularly with the team—sharing ideas, discussing roadmaps, and solving challengesRequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re searching for a builder—someone who thrives in a small, fast-moving team and takes end-to-end ownership.
