Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new services and features both client and server side, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of code quality. Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to align solutions with organizational objectives while managing the full software development life cycle. Provide technical direction, mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and guide the team through the continuous integration pipeline. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement optimizations, driving both incremental and breakthrough advancements in the development process.  Education & Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Principal Software Engineer, Architect, Senior Lead Software Engineer, or a related position.
