Position Overview
We are searching for a Lead Frontend Engineer who combines a passion for coding with leadership abilities. This role requires an expert in TypeScript and React, willing to tackle complex rendering challenges using Reactflow and canvas. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, spending 70% of their time coding and 30% leading, mentoring, and guiding the team toward technical excellence.
 We need someone who is 100% part of the team and not under a contractors mindset.This crucial role needs much sync time between other leads and management. We cant tackle this mostly "async".
