Overview:We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Developer to serve as a senior technical individual contributor on our team. In this role you will collaborate with the Development Manager to shape software architecture, lead by technical example, and mentor junior developers. The ideal candidate brings deep full-stack expertise, advanced SQL skills, hands-on AWS experience, and the analytical mindset to monitor system performance and translate data into actionable insights.
