As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be instrumental in defining OLarry’s growth by defining, planning, and implementing our customer-facing technology.      Description                      About the RoleAs a Fullstack Engineer, you will be instrumental in defining OLarry’s growth by defining, planning, and implementing our customer-facing technology. This role reports to the COO. Remote, U.S. Based OnlyResponsibilitiesEnsure the timely and high-quality delivery of engineering projects by setting clear priorities and deadlines.Collaborate with other stakeholders across the company to define product requirements and weigh implementation options.Understand customer needs and feedback, translating them into actionable engineering tasks and improvements.Troubleshoot and debug issues that ariseOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityStay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in developmentOversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new engineers to build a high-performing team.Skills & Experience Experience working with Design Sprint agile methodology.
