    Global Business IT, Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to guide technical strategy, architecture, and high-impact development across engineering squads. This role requires a strong hands-on leader who excels in system design, integration, and mentoring, while contributing significantly to code delivery and cross-team alignment.
   
   
    
   
   
    Job Responsibilities:
   
   
    Contribute 60% hands-on coding while leading technical direction and architecture across squads.
    Mentor engineers in system design, NoSQL modeling, integration patterns, and testing strategies.
    Collaborate with Product, QA, Agronomy, and Design to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery of high-quality features.
    Define and coordinate shared schemas, APIs, and integration contracts with internal and external teams.
    Translate complex agronomic workflows into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
    Support early-stage discovery by breaking down features into technical tasks with long-term scalability in mind.
    Guarantee platform robustness through strong architectural decisions, optimized data structures, and cross-service integration.
   Requisitos
   
    Advanced English proficiency (C1+), both written and spoken. 
    7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Tech Lead.
    Leadership in architectural decisions and strong expertise across backend (Node.js/NestJS), web (React), and mobile (React Native), all using TypeScript.
    Advanced NoSQL modeling skills with AWS DocumentDB, including hierarchical data structures, large datasets, multi-tenant models, and ABAC/RBAC patterns.
    Proven ability to design integrations in complex systems using synchronous/asynchronous APIs, multi-service and multi-environment setups (BFF, microservices, domain services), and event- or queue-driven workflows.
    Solid understanding of system design, distributed architectures, and DevOps practices.
    Strong testing experience using Jest (unit/integration) and Cypress or Playwright (end-to-end).
