Titan is building the AI platform for banking – creating the models and agents thatwill define the industry. Led by a team of former CTOs with multiple exits, we'reseeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the bridge between our technologyand our banking clients, ensuring our AI applications deliver real impact inproduction environments.What you’ll doOwn the full lifecycle of AI products with banking clients - from initial deployment through production optimization and feature expansionWork directly with bank executives, compliance teams, and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDesign and architect integrations between Titan's AI platform and banks' existing systems (productivity suite, CRMs, loan origination systems, etc)Drive technical product decisions that balance innovation, security, compliance, and operational realities of bankingBuild and iterate on prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and production features that solve real banking workflowsPartner with AI engineers and backend teams to ensure our models and agents perform reliably in live banking environmentsRequired qualificationsStrong technical foundation with hands-on experience in software development (Python, TypeScript, or similar modern languages)Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integration patterns -- you can design technical solutions and communicate them clearly to both engineers and executivesExperience working directly with enterprise clients or in customer-facingtechnical roles (solutions engineering, technical account management, orsimilar)Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments -- you're comfortablepresenting to C-suite executives and debugging code in the same dayTrack record of shipping products in fast-moving environments where requirements evolve rapidlyBonus: Experience in fintech, banking, or highly regulated industriesWhat we offerCompetitive compensation (salary + meaningful, pre-Series A equity)Remote-first culture with opportunity for in-person collaborationUnlimited PTOMedical, dental, and vision coverage (100% of employee premiums paid by Titan)Why TitanWe're building the AI platform for banking because many of the two million people employed by 4,000+ banks in the United States cannot safely and securely use bleeding edge AI tools at work.
