Bridgenext is seeking an Engineering Manager who will be expected to partner with Director level person in client organization to deliver several high-impact projects and contribute to technical design process. In this role you will primarily be working with Node.JS and ReactJS on a Cloud based SaaS product (hosted on Azure Kubernetes cluster). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead, mentor, and manage development teams, including software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborationOversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and deploymentDesign scalable, loosely coupled, service-oriented systems that align with business goals and evolving technical requirementsConduct thorough code reviews, implement testing pipelines, and enforce design principles to maintain high-quality codeIdentify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing system performance, reliability, and scalabilityWork closely with product managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to define, plan, and execute technical solutions while balancing feature development with technical debtCollaborate with Staff and Technical Leads to define and refine system solutions, continuously improving architectural strategiesEnhance development and deployment workflows by refining CI/CD pipelines and streamlining engineering processesEnsure applications comply with industry security standards and implement best practices to safeguard data and infrastructureBe hands-on in production issues, assisting in troubleshooting and resolution to maintain system stabilityEffectively prioritize tasks, manage team workloads, and drive the successful delivery of critical projectsStay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, driving innovation within the team Workplace: Remote, working from home (working in CST hours).
