Overall Purpose
The Application / Full Stack Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, maintenance, and production support of P3 technology solutions delivered through the P3 HealthHub. This role ensures our applications are highly available, performant, scalable, secure, and deliver an exceptional user experience.
Essential Functions

Provide ongoing production support for all web-based applications within the P3 HealthHub ecosystem
Develop enhancements and new features based on user feedback and product requirements
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand and refine requirements
Ensure application stability, reliability, and availability for end users
Partner with QA teams to investigate, resolve, and prevent defects in a timely manner
Actively contribute to team discussions, share knowledge, and step in to support teammates when needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js or Angular.js
Backend development experience using Node.js, PHP, and Java
Expertise in building and integrating RESTful APIs and web services
Strong SQL skills, including medium-complexity queries in MySQL and SQL Server
Familiarity with SSIS and SQL Server data ingestion pipelines
Experience working with Redis for caching or session management
Comfortable in development environments such as VS Code, Azure Data Studio, and SSMS 
Strong debugging and production issue troubleshooting capabilities
Solid GUI/UX implementation skills using Bootstrap and component libraries
Experience working within Agile SDLC methodologies and CI/CD workflows
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Strong collaboration skills with Product, QA, and cross-functional teams
Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently when needed

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience developing web-based applications

 
Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000 based on experience
