Come join our team!Zantech is looking for a talented User Interface and Process Automation Specialist to contribute to the success of our upcoming Information Technology Support Services project for a Remote role, with a 5% to 20% Travel requirement.The Data Analyst will be primarily responsible for User Interface and Process Automation, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse development, UI/UX design and front-end development within DoD environments, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) support and interface streamlining.Summary:The User Interface and Process Automation Specialist designs and develops user interfaces and automated workflows within the DABAL framework for the 88th RD G6. Focuses on Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and front-end technologies to create efficient, user-friendly interfaces and streamlined automated processes within DoD-approved environments.Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:Design and develop Power Apps and Power Automate      workflows within the Microsoft Dataverse ecosystemAnalyze user interface flows and implement UX      optimizationsBuild wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs      using approved tools within DoD environmentsDevelop graphic elements and navigation components to      enhance user experienceStreamline automated processes to meet functionality      and efficiency standardsCollaborate with DABAL Data and Business Analysis      teams on integrated solutionsStay updated on emerging RPA technologies and share      insights with the teamRequired Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in      front-end development Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Power      Automate, Visio, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DAX programming (DAX highly      encouraged)Proven expertise in analyzing user interface flows to      optimize user experienceFamiliarity with wireframe tools and design software      within DoD environmentsStrong portfolio of design projects showcasing UI/UX      capabilitiesUp-to-date knowledge of design tools and      methodologiesAbility to design graphic elements and build      navigation componentsKnowledge of emerging RPA technologies and automation      advancementsStrong communication and time-management skills;      ability to work independently in a self-starting environmentRequired Education:Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science,      Programming, or related field with 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX      Designer or in front-end development Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer       Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or Human-Computer       InteractionRequired Certifications:DoD Cyber Awareness Training (required prior to      network access and annually thereafter; IAW DoDD 8140.01/DoDM 8140.03/AR      25-2)AT Level I Awareness Training (within 30 calendar      days of performance start)iWATCH Army Training (within 30 calendar days of      performance start)ATCTS (Army Training Certification Tracking System)      registration requiredPreferred Certifications:Microsoft Power Platform Functional       Consultant (PL-200) or Power Apps certificationMicrosoft Power Automate RPA       Developer (PL-500)UX design certification (e.g.,       Google UX Design Certificate, Nielsen Norman Group UX)Required Security Clearance:US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain      a NACI or higher clearance, per contract requirements.Other Requirements:Required training includes DoD Cyber Awareness, AT      Level I, iWATCH, and ATCTS registration.
