This team is responsible for a service platform that powers real-time and non-real-time communication signaling within our cloud-based Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) product.   As a member of Avaya’s Infinity engineering team, you’ll contribute to delivering cutting-edge cloud contact center solutions. You’ll play a key role in delivering customer value incrementally—owning features from initial design through to deployment and field support.
