We are currently seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer for a Full-Time position.Job Overview:We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidates will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and solution qualityCore Requirements:4+ years of ServiceNow development experienceRequired: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Hands-on experience configuring and developing in ServiceNow, including form and field creation/updates (backend and/or App Engine Studio)Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model (tables, inheritance, dictionary attributes) and update setsExperience with client-side and server-side scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules)Experience designing and implementing Service Catalog solutions (Catalog Items, variables, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Builder/Service Portal/Workspaces)Knowledge of users, groups, and rolesExperience creating, modifying, and troubleshooting ACLsExperience using Flow Designer (approvals, task orchestration, etc.)Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and quality practicesAbility to leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for troubleshooting, code review, documentation, and automationStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently or within cross-functional teamsExperience in requirements gathering, technical design discussions, and peer reviewsAbility to create and maintain technical documentation (configurations, integrations, runbooks)Preferred:ServiceNow application development experience in two or more of the following:ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge Management)SPM modules (Demand, Project Portfolio Management - PPM)Integrations (REST APIs, Transform Maps, data import/export, Auth/JWT, MID Server, Integration Hub, error handling, monitoring)CMDB configuration and development (tables/classes, relationships, IRE, data quality, governance)Additional Qualifications:Knowledge of SDLC practicesExperience with Agile methodologiesAbility to lead and collaborate with technical teamsStrong facilitation and stakeholder communication skillsExperience with Change/Configuration Management and ALMProblem and risk management experienceProficiency in MS Office SuiteFamiliarity with AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Playwright) Does this opportunity sound like a fit for you?
