Experience in a typed language (we use C#/.NET but are open to analogous experience)
Desirable
Experience with mobile dev, either Swift/Kotlin or React Native
Experience in healthcare or other privacy-centric verticals
Exposure to relational databases, .NET, and event-driven architecture
Knowledge of common design patterns and best practices for maintainability and security

What the job involves
We’re looking for a mid-career Software Engineer to join our team. We are a tech-enabled healthcare organization rather than a tech company: we build internal platforms to support our physicians and other providers in their work, as well as patient and partner-facing functionality
We’re scaling virtual care across the country, using tech to drive high quality patient outcomes
You will have the opportunity to lead projects, drive architecture, and work closely with clinical providers to make them more efficient
We anticipate more hiring this year, and there’s the option to take on mentoring/people management opportunities while still being an individual contributor
Develop and implement full-stack features, with a primary focus on data architecture and backend/system design
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and accessible product experiences
Continuously analyze and improve product success metrics and workflows to optimize user satisfaction
