You'll help us build, scale, and refine the systems that move millions of dollars across banking, crypto, and retirement products.This role is perfect for a product-minded engineer who loves .What You'll DoDesign and build new investment products, including everything from real-time crypto trading to personalized financial plansOwn features end-to-end—writing PRDs, creating TDDs, planning tests, and delivering to productionBuild new portfolio analytics and dashboards to help users understand and optimize their investmentsAutomate key operations workflows so we can scale to thousands of customersSet the standard for code quality and mentor teammates as we growWhat We're Looking For5+ years of Python development experience in production environmentsExperience owning and maintaining live services, including monitoring, alerting, and deploymentStrong experience with relational databases like PostgreSQLBonus: direct experience building money movement or payment systemsTech StackLanguages: Python, TypeScriptFrontend: React, Next.js, Chakra UIBackend: Django, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MemcachedInfrastructure: AWS (EKS, SQS, SNS, Lambda)CompensationSalary: $175,000 - $190,000 (NYC)Equity: Generous Equity PackageOther Benefits: Competitive health, dental and vision benefits, paid time off, 401(K) match, and other benefits.
