We’re growing like crazy, and if you’re looking for the next place to call home, hit us up for a beer or coffee.Who We're Looking ForWe’re looking for a Senior Software Architect — a true all-around badass engineer who can understand complex systems end-to-end, take complete ownership of the platform, and execute on high-level initiatives.This person will serve as the right hand to leadership — someone who can see the big picture, make technical decisions with confidence, and roll up their sleeves to build, scale, and refine systems when needed. This is a senior-level, hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and making things happen.Primary ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the client’s core platform — architecture, codebase, and infrastructureDesign and drive system architecture to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performanceCollaborate directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical executionIdentify weak points in the system and design robust, long-term solutionsOversee and mentor development teams, ensuring consistent technical excellenceStay ahead of emerging technologies and propose thoughtful improvementsBe accountable for delivery, system reliability, and long-term technical direction Some Must-Haves:8+ years of professional software development experienceProven background as a Senior Engineer, Tech Lead, or Architect on complex systemsStrong backend and platform architecture experienceProficiency in Python and Django for backend developmentExperience with Azure cloud infrastructureStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)Solid understanding of system design, cloud architecture, and DevOps fundamentalsStrong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skillsAbility to lead by example — hands-on, proactive, and execution-focusedExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Nice to Have:Experience with platform modernization or cloud migrationsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architecturesPrior leadership or advisory experience in fast-scaling environmentsWhere We're Looking For It:Brazil or US BasedOpen to %100 fully remote Other InformationThe work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it.
