This is a remote position.Backend (Python/Django)
   
    Build and optimize robust, scalable APIs for our platform.
    Design efficient database schemas and manage complex data models.
    Ensure API security with modern standards (OAuth, JWT).
    Work on AI-native features using OpenAI, Anthropic, 11Labs, and other AI technologies.
    Integrate and manage RAG-based AI solutions and vector databases.
    Deploy and optimize cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
   Frontend (React/React Native)
   
    Build responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
    Collaborate with product manager and designer to implement intuitive UI/UX.
   Cross-Platform Mobile (React Native)
   
    Support/maintain a cross-platform mobile application with a focus on performance and usability.
    
   
    
   Requirements
   
    Bachelor's degree of computer science or equivalent.
    5+ years of professional experience in backend development using Python and Django.
    Strong experience building and optimizing scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs.
    Proficient in designing relational database schemas and managing complex data models (PostgreSQL preferred).
    Solid understanding of containerization and deployment workflows using Docker.
    Strong experience with React and TypeScript in production environments.
    Proficiency in building responsive web UIs using Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks.
    Ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional and maintainable frontend code.
    Experience integrating APIs and managing frontend state (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
   Nice-to-Haves
   
    Experience with AWS (ECS/EKS), Docker.
    Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs
