Who you are
Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, plus three (3) years of software development or related experience in software engineering, including experience in producing software for release to commercial customers; cloud-native application development; Docker/Kubernetes development; Spring/Spring Boot; CI/CD pipeline development; and developing high-quality software
Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, plus five (5) years of software development or related experience in software engineering, including experience in producing software for release to commercial customers; cloud-native application development; Docker/Kubernetes development; Spring/Spring Boot; CI/CD pipeline development; and developing high-quality software
Experience with Cloud based deployments including SaaS (Software as a Service)
Knowledge of GIT, Linux and Public Key Infrastructure
Knowledge of SOA / microservice architecture
Knowledge of industry best practices for security and architectural compliance
Experience with no-SQL databases such as Mongo DB
Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
Experience in user authentication and identity management
Any level of experience or knowledge in the specific skills is acceptable
What the job involves
Responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the security aspects of Hypori's product/system architecture and implementation patterns; and participating in design and architecture reviews. Be the go-to AppSec expert for technical software engineering, security, and compliance team members
Build the next generation Hypori platform in the Cloud. This will be used for product development as well as a service for customers
Take a direct, hands-on role in design and implementation using Cloud Native principles and following compliance guidelines (for crypto providers, networking designs, etc.)
Design and build CI/CD processes and tools for deploying Hypori’s solutions
Partner with members of the engineering team to innovate new ideas and provide technical recommendations
Participate in architecture, design and code reviews for cloud and microservice efforts
Work with diverse sets of teams to innovate and incubate critical services on cloud platforms
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production problems. Telecommuting is permitted from any location in the U.S
