As it has gotten more mature and competitive, user expectations have increased significantly. Users now expect first minute magic, delightful and polished experiences, and a high quality bar. Delivering products that meet these expectations across our many surfaces (IDE, web, soon to be CLI) require a lot of people, and some slightly different spikes.In particular, we are looking for engineers who are excellent at UI/UX, product polish, etc. These people will excel at making decisions about the product and experience while coding.
