You’ll own the delivery and operational support of our AWS platform, championing infrastructure as code, automation, and best-in-class DevOps practices. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together.Your ImpactSupport and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure across EC2, S3, Redshift, IAM, VPC, subnets, and networking componentsTroubleshoot and debug infrastructure as code in CloudFormation and Terraform, enhancing and correcting configurationsManage DevOps operations including CI/CD pipeline automation and deployment troubleshootingImplement and uphold security best practices, including identity and access management, least privilege, and secure configuration standardsMonitor and optimize cloud resource utilization, cost, and performance, recommending improvements for reliability and efficiencyTake ownership of infrastructure tasks, driving them to completion with clear communication of status and risksProactively resolve infrastructure issues, including incident response, root cause analysis, and preventive actionsDocument infrastructure configurations, operational procedures, and runbooks to boost team effectiveness and reduce riskProvide occasional support for GCP-based infrastructure and servicesCollaborate with engineering, security, and IT partners to deliver stable platform capabilities and enhance developer experienceWho You AreBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experienceRelevant AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator are a plus5+ years of hands-on AWS cloud infrastructure experience2+ years in a lead or senior engineering role with demonstrated ownership of infrastructure deliverablesHands-on experience with AWS services including Redshift, S3, IAM, VPC, subnets, CloudFormation, and EC2Strong knowledge of Terraform with ability to read, understand, and debug existing codeBasic knowledge of GitLab and version control systemsDemonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver results independently with strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across cloud infrastructure, networking, IAM, and CI/CD systemsAbility to balance operational support with proactive improvements and automationClear written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and runbook creationStrong ownership mindset and accountability for production stability and delivery commitmentsAbility to prioritize effectively and manage multiple concurrent infrastructure tasksBasic familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) servicesExperience developing new Terraform modules and configurationsExperience with Boto3 (AWS SDK for Python) and Python scripting/automationProficiency with AWS CLIWhat We'll Give You – Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.Financial Planning and wellbeing - No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there.
