Job Description
This is a remote position.

The Opportunity:
At Pentoz, we’re reimagining what’s possible across tech, staffing, hospitality, and media. As an Onsen UI Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of building stunning hybrid mobile applications using Onsen UI with frameworks like Angular, Vue, or React. Your work will directly influence how users interact with mobile products across diverse industries.
This is your chance to drive fast, native-like mobile development while leveraging the efficiency of web technologies.
You Will Be Responsible For:

Cross-Platform Development: Building hybrid mobile apps using Onsen UI, Cordova/Capacitor, and your choice of Angular, React, or Vue.js.

Responsive UI/UX: Crafting sleek, mobile-first interfaces that follow native design patterns (Material UI / iOS styles) with fast load times and smooth navigation.

Plugin & API Integration: Integrating mobile features like camera, geolocation, notifications, etc., using Cordova plugins and REST APIs.

Component Customization: Extending Onsen UI components and customizing them for performance and branding needs.

Testing & Debugging: Ensuring stability and performance on both iOS and Android devices, using browser and emulator-based testing tools.

This Role Is For You If:

You have 2+ years of experience in hybrid mobile development using Onsen UI and JavaScript frameworks.

You’ve built and deployed hybrid mobile apps using Cordova or Capacitor.

You are skilled in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript/JavaScript, and responsive design.

You understand platform-specific behavior and adaptive UI.

You’re comfortable working independently and in agile teams.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience integrating Firebase, OAuth, GraphQL, or payment gateways

Worked with PWA (Progressive Web App) development

Published apps on Google Play and App Store

Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and issue tracking tools (Jira/Trello)
