        Requirements
         Primary ResponsibilitiesThis position will collaborate with members of our development and product team to create and implement features for our web-based economic impact analysis software. This position will participate in architectural planning and code reviews. This position involves front-end programming, interfacing with API's to access business logic and database layers, and AI/LLM agent development and prompt engineering.  Required Skills & ExperienceReact, TypeScript, Javascript.Experience working with modern component libraries like Material UI.Understanding of CSS including modern CSS-in-JS approaches like Styled Components.Expertise in cross-platform and cross-browser development.Familiarity with modern Front End build tools like webpack.Experience with state management tools like MobX.Desired Skills & ExperienceLLM Agent and prompt engineering experience for customer facing applications.Experience or familiarity with C# as a bonus.API development to extend existing services.Experience with LangChain, LangGraph and LangSmith.Experience with AI assisted code generation tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, Jetbrains AI, etc.)Education/ExperienceCollege degree and 1-3 years relevant experience, or 5 years relevant working experienceWhat We OfferAt IMPLAN, we have crafted a collaborative and welcoming workplace focused on achieving the specific goals laid out by our community.
