Job Description: We're looking for our first full-time Growth Lead at Gaia. This is a rare opportunity to build from scratch in a fast-growing, AI-native company that already has traction and real revenue. You would be coming in to build repeatable growth systems to help more patients access IVF and egg freezing affordably. You'll report directly to our Head of Product and partner closely with the C-suite.
What you’ll do
Build the growth engine — not run campaignsArchitect AI-native acquisition
Deploy autonomous agents for:
programmatic SEO content

partnership outreach automation (100+ payor/employer targets)

dynamic creative personalization (not manual social ad management)

Own the full funnel as a system
Instrument every step:
traffic → qualified lead → call → signed member

Then create feedback loops that auto-optimize using:
conversion data

LTV

cohort performance

Verticalize growth by ICP
Build parallel acquisition machines for our three core personas:
distinct messaging

distinct channels

automated nurture journeys

Turn product into growth
Partner with Product to embed:
referrals

self-serve checkout

Create experimentation infrastructure where:
every test feeds a central knowledge base
