In this role you will collaborate closely with the clinical, product and data teams to operationalize data and insights from data feeds and care management activity to solve a wide range of healthcare business challenges, drive better patient and clinical experience and outcomes and can flex from data to the user experience to micro-services. In addition, you will collaborate with the product and delivery team on the definition and requirements of analytics products, within an agile framework. You'll be an integral part of our team with opportunities for coaching and mentorship from your senior colleagues, while also having the autonomy to oversee development of a wide array of technical solutions from a foundational stage.What You’ll DoDesign and implement full-stack web applications using modern technologiesDevelop responsive and performant user interfacesCreate and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend codeCollaborate with product managers, clinical team, and other engineersParticipate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisionsOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityMaintain, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systemsAnalyze, design and develop test cases and implement automated test suites.Uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design.What You’ll BringExperienceWe are always looking for new team members who will add to our company’s DNA and have a strong passion for impact.
