C&CE owns the delivery of exceptional customer and client experiences. Within C&CE, the Coverage Review Operations (CRO) organization supports the execution of Prior Authorizations for the enterprise, ensuring members receive the appropriate treatment as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. The Data Analyst Advisor works within an analytics team that provides dedicated support to CRO by delivering high‑quality analytics, reporting, and insights that enable effective operational decision‑making and performance management across multiple lines of business. In this role, the Data Analytics Advisor partners closely with operations leaders, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into trusted datasets, dashboards, and analyses that inform day‑to‑day execution, near‑term improvement efforts, and long-term strategy.
