This role is responsible for extracting, transforming, validating, and delivering accurate data from the ManageAmerica platform. The Data Analyst also performs database updates, assists with troubleshooting data-related issues, and ensures data integrity across environments.   Essential Functions Data Requests & Reporting Fulfill a high volume of customer and internal data requests. Extract, analyze, and prepare data from ManageAmerica’s platform and databases.  Produce recurring and ad hoc reports.  Interpret customer requirements and convert them into actionable data requests.  Database Work & System Support Perform necessary data updates (e.g., resident changes, payment updates, and site uploads). Support new client setup and data imports.  Troubleshoot data inconsistencies or user-reported errors.  Assist with minor defect resolution involving reporting or data logic.  Quality, Accuracy & Collaboration Validate all outputs to ensure data accuracy.  Collaborate with team members using Microsoft Teams, JIRA, and other tools.  Document processes and reporting logic for consistency.   Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft SQL (T-SQL) and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)Familiarity with C#, HTML, JavaScript, VBStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Ability to handle sensitive customer data accurately.   Experience, Education or Certification Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.  Supervisory Responsibility No supervisory responsibility.  Work Environment This role operates in a fully remote work environment.
