Job Description: About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to business growth by improving reporting and analysis capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance to provide actionable insights.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for leadership.Automate recurring data processes and improve efficiency in reporting workflows.Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, finance, operations) to optimize data-driven processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Solid understanding of statistical techniques and data modeling.Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
