Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring an Applications Developer for an exciting remote opportunity.Job Description and ResponsibilitiesProvides application development and sustainment support for systems supporting the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) using a DevSecOps approach aligned with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and guidance from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Develops, maintains, updates, and modernizes DTMO's portfolio of custom applications within an Agile development environment. Supports the sustainment of Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) applications and participates in the development and integration of new applications as approved through governance processes.Designs, develops, tests, and maintains software using technologies including Java, HTML5, PHP, and the Oracle APEX platform. Utilizes enterprise ticketing and workflow management tools such as ServiceNow, or other approved systems, to manage development tasks, track issues, and support software lifecycle activities.
