WP Buffs is looking for an experienced WordPress developer with good communication and customer service skills. This role will be working with a large number of clients through a support ticket system. Common tasks include:Managing support ticketsSite edits within WordPressPlugin, theme and core updatesSecurity optimizationsPerformance optimizationsDown or broken sitesTalking with hosting support teamsHandling clients concerns or complaintsYou will be working directly with clients who send in requests, providing first responses confirming that the request was received and has been reviewed for completeness, as well as completing the tickets, while providing clear communication to the client throughout the process.RequirementsClear, friendly, error-free written English communicationAttention to detailAbility to follow instructionsCritical thinking and creative problem solving skillsAt least 2 years of professional experience with WordPress websitesReliable internet accessBenefitsStarting Pay: $22+ per hour depending on skills, experience, professionalism and availability.Regular pay increases with seniorityFlexible scheduleWork from home or anywhere you want
