Job Description: Hours: Fulltime flexible hours (overlapping with core business hours) not State Holidays Location: Remote  The State is seeking IT Professionals "Assigned Personnel " to perform services in the following categories as indicated below.  Requirements for Assigned Personnel:Required Services: Assigned Personnel will demonstrate the required technical skills and reliability to assist the State in completing the project consistent with the Directives of the State IT Systems Developer IV, and the objectives set forth in the Project Charter, approved business case or guiding principles and other associated project documents. The contractor will work with the project team to ensure that all deliverables meet the quality standards as defined by the State including that each project be successfully executed and completed on time, within scope, and within budget using State-approved principles as set forth herein. Assigned Personnel must behave and perform in a professional manner. The State may, in its reasonable discretion, require the Contractor to replace any Assigned Personnel who engages in unprofessional or unethical conduct, or engages in illegal activities, underperformance, harassment, discrimination, or generally disruptive or disrespectful behavior, by written notice to the Contractor of the requirement of replacement. The Contractor must use reasonable efforts to promptly and expeditiously replace Assigned Personnel and replace all other personnel within 15 business days of receipt of the written notice unless otherwise mutually agreed. The State's right to request replacement of Assigned Personnel hereunder relates solely to the removal of individuals from work on this SOW Agreement with the State and does not create an employment relationship with the State. Nothing in this SOW Agreement authorizes the State to direct the Contractor's termination of the employment of any individual. The State may choose to work with the Contractor to resolve a given performance issue.  Skills and Training: Contractor is responsible at its own cost and expense to ensure Assigned Personnel are trained and qualified for the Services they are to perform. Additionally, the Contractor must at its own expense ensure that Assigned Personnel successfully complete and maintain the following training: (the SOW RFP should require current certifications for the selected trainings). HIPAA, PII  Other: " Expert in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js and/or Next,js " Expert in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL " Extensive experience working with the Azure Cloud platforms " Experience with Okta integrations (specifically within React/Node applications hosted in Azure) " Familiarity with MS Access 2016 and VBA " Experience working in an Agile environment using Azure DevOps (ADO) " Expertise in refining requirements, technical documentation, and cross-team collaboration  State Roles and Responsibilities.  State Personnel (IT Systems Developer V) will: " Provide an introductory process " Assign work " Set the schedule Provide high-level oversight " Provide performance feedback " Establish a deliverable review process " Approve deliverables submitted for work performed " Provide necessary resources " Resolve issues
