By doing so, our vision is to be the nation's leading and most trusted source for consumer purchasing of health insurance, ancillary products and related options on our marketplace.About the RoleWe are looking for a Staff Software Engineer – Full Stack to play a pivotal role in designing and delivering next-generation health insurance eCommerce solutions. This is a high-impact, hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll help architect and develop scalable applications and services that serve millions of users. You'll work across the stack—both frontend and backend—and mentor engineers while collaborating with product, UX, design, and data teams.You should be deeply experienced in modern JavaScript frameworks and backend service development. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed.
